This review is two fold: First, I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Salesman Scott Drury, who was top sales person for the Chevrolet dealership in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He is polite, professional, and knowledgeable while proving great customer service. If u want satisfaction guaranteed, Then need to buy your next car from Scott Drury at Sternberg Chevrolet. Second, the General Manager Kent Foushee truly made our day by giving us a great deal on our new Chevy Equinox. Together, these two make an unbeatable team.

Taz my sales guy was efficient, simple and to the point which is what I was looking for. I literally gave him a vehicle I was interested in, he confirmed it was on-site, I went in the next day and got the application and approval done within 30 minutes. I don't think I have ever purchased a car so fast and there was no haggling or upselling at all, I will be back for next purchase. Finance dept was just as quick and to the point as well. What an absolutely easy car buying experience. Went to the dealership to help my sister pick a car and because the sales representative was so knowledgeable, patient and kind, we decided to purchase a new car. So, on Friday Aug 23rd (2024) my only vehicle stopped while out getting something to eat. I had to rent a vehicle to get back & forth to work. I kept the rental for an entire week. The price was very good - many thousands under kbb value - the car is amazing and the entire negotiation and purchase process was honest and smooth. No hidden charges, no gimmicks, no pressure. If I could Sternberg Chevorlet give a higher star rating I would give a 10 to Jamele the service advisor His help was excellent about keeping me up to date with our all electric Chevy Bolt. He has a lot of knowledge about cars and how they work. The mechanic tech Kevin deserves a 10 as well. Kevin is not a qualified electric tech but he drove the car, did a pico test on it, balance and rotated the tires, drove it again, then did another pico test on our 2022 Chevy Bolt that we bought Aug 2021. Sternberg’s service and parts staff are genuinely nice and helpful people. I had a bad experience with GM and Sternberg’s staff was there to help. I’m not a fan of GM but I am a fan of Sternberg. In the future when our Chevy Cruze needs parts or service, Sternberg is our place.

We were looking to buy a new car, and reached out to Taz and he made the experience easy, and hazzle free! He made sure the car we bought had an oil change and a full tank of gas before we left. I bought a truck at Sternburg yesterday and I have to say that Darren my salesman helped me have the best car buying experience I could ever ask for!! You aren’t going to find very many car sales men like him. Once I test drove the truck and decided it was the one for me it was time for the paperwork. Betty made this process seamless for me. She explained everything so well and made the process not stressful. I would recommend buying from Sternburg Chevrolet 100% and ask for Darren Ellis for your salesman. You will not be disappointed!!

Anthony Lyvers was very attentive and took great care of us. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. The only negative is the check engine light came on the Blazer after driving 20 miles. Anthony immediately worked hard to get it resolved.

Stopped by a couple of times, no high pressure sales person!! I finally made the decision to purchase a 2500 HD Custom. Mr. Mertz gave me a price on Friday. Very easy car buying experience. Darren, the salesperson, was extremely communicative and honest throughout the process. We also came after hours to look at the Bolt when it came in and two other employees, on their dinner break, opened the garage for us to preview our car. Would highly recommend Sternburg Chevy and Darren to anyone interested in a Chevy and especially the Bolt.

We ran into some bumps but Tracey Milliner worked with us and was patient. At the end of the day we went home with our brand new car.
