Great and friendly staff
I had no problem with the service on my car. I was treated with respect and the staff were friendly. The only problem I did have was that in the waiting area there were not enough seats. One person passed by and offered to get one person a seat, but when other customers came back to the waiting area, I finally had to go ask someone for a chair for another customer. Someone should be on top of this.
My trying a car was quick & to the point. Could have driven it home in just 2 hours but my choice picked it up next. Easy to work with
I walked in with no idea on what kind of car I would want, not even down to a sedan or a SUV, color, anything. I was not even sure if I was going to purchase that day or just get some information. Kirby spent many hours with me, test driving a few cars, educating me, and getting to know me so he was able to help me determine what I really wanted. I walked out with a new car and am more than happy with my purchase and experience!
I dropped my car off the day before the service date. I received a call back around 9 am the day of service. They explained the issue clearly, I told them go ahead and repair the issue and my vehicle was ready by 11 am. They followed through on everything they said they would do. Very pleased with my service experience.
they took care of scheduled maint. and checked tires for damage from road trash. took care of all my concerns.
